Rates are based on double occupancy. Add $20.00 additional per person. 
All rates are subject to 8.7% WA State tax + 2% Island tax.

November 1-April 15th - Ask about our winter rates and specials. *We run some very good "off-season" specials!* Excludes holidays and special events.

Midweek Specials

Policies

General Policies For All Properties

Required Deposit: One Night.

One-third deposit for four nights or longer stays.

Accepted Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercharge, Discover, Travelers checks, personal checks, and cash.  We require a credit card to hold a reservation. 

Minimum Required Stay 

Two Night Minimum/Three nights during busy Holiday/Event weekends. One night stay by chance only and subject to added cleaning fee.

Check In / Checkout

Check in Anytime after 3pm / Checkout by 12 noon. No earlier check-ins or late check-outs without prior arrangement, please.

Cancellation 

20% Cancellation Policy. With less than one week's notice, there is no refund on deposit. No Refund for early departure. We are a small business, and last minute cancellations impact us greatly.

Limitations For Children Staying 

Please call. Some properties are not appropriate for small children. No childcare is provided.

Smoking

NO Smoking at any accommodation. Allowed outside only.
