About Redwood Retreat Cottage Primrose Properties newest
Northwest Classic Cottage, Redwood Retreat, is now renovated,
relocated and ready for your visit. Surrounded by woods and
wildlife, Redwood Retreat offers privacy and some special
local Whidbey Island history. Redwood Retreat Cottage resides
on about an acre of wooded property, including a few Redwoods.
The Cottage was built in the 1930's by a local pioneer who
once owned and developed the infamous “Baby Island”.
Rate and Policy Info
Redwood Retreat Cottage can accommodate up to 2-4 people.
Pets are considered on a by-case basis and are subject to
our Agreement of Pet Rules and a pet fee. Rates Start @ $179/+
Tax/$20/extra/ + Tax per extra person.

Redwood Retreat's open floor plan has a living and dining area,
a full kitchen and a private bath with it's own jetted bath
tub and the following amenities:

Features include custom built-in woodwork
details such as inlaid floor designs and a window seat for
forest gazing and catching a glimpse of the water. A full
bank of sunny western-facing bay windows warm these wood details.
Redwood Retreat Cottage also offers a private beach access
just a short walk way. A lovely, traditional fireplace graces
the large living area and includes a pullout sleeper/futon
for extra accommodations. More amenities include a TV/VCR
Stereo/CD player, and a private phone line. The large bedroom
has slider doors that open onto the deck and the lush, green
woods. The deck offers a gas grill and cafe table and chairs
for dining "al fresco"! The privacy of the backyard
is accented by the woods and the wall of the barn/pole building.
Redwood Retreat's privacy and spirit of adventure beckons
on this sunny, wooded acre. Take time off to rejuvenate at
